Weiler's updates to help customers and coworkers affected by COVID-19

Dear Valued Weiler Abrasives Customer,

Weiler Abrasives continues to monitor the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the risk that it poses to our customers, co-workers and communities. Our priority is on maintaining the health and safety of our co-workers and continuing to service our customers while also doing our part to limit the spread of the coronavirus throughout the communities in which we operate. Below are several updates to that end.

As situation is changing on hourly basis, we are constantly assessing the associated operational and supply chain risks and are taking appropriate actions to limit disruptions to our customers on a minimum.

Our government is taking rapid measurements every day to prevent spreading the virus. In such situation our government has the authority to shut down the operations in companies but at this point decided not to do so, to keep minimizing the impact on economy also after the crisis. Therefore, we are maximizing the safety conditions in all our facilities to keep our co-workers safe and support customers deliveries as much as possible.  

As consequences of the actual regulation and advices how to protect our co-worker and to reduce social contacts between the co-workers we need to review our manufacturing processes in Zreče, Maribor and Loče. We are closely monitoring the delivery terms for each of our customers and in case of any changes we will get in contact with you.

We have been actively working with our supplier base globally to understand how the outbreak will affect their ability to serve Weiler Abrasives. This includes working proactively with supplying partners on near and long-term continuity and security of uninterrupted flow of supplies.

If a product you’ve ordered would be impacted by supply issues, our Customer Service team will advise you and share possible alternative options.
