In early December, Weiler Abrasives received a full Family Friendly Company certification. In 2015, we received a basic certificate and pledged to gradually introduce 13 measures to facilitate the reconciliation of the work and family life of our colleagues. We successfully implemented the measures, which was also confirmed by the Equilibrium audit. In order to receive the full certificate, we have added four new measures to the existing measures.
We are proud to receive the full certification of Family-Friendly Company, as this demonstrates our responsible promotion of employee satisfaction and increasing the efficiency of the company.
